About the Profile of a Learner
The AIS community has identified seven key elements of what has come to be known as the WBAIS Profile of a Learner. This profile articulates what have been guiding principles for teachers and leaders and will continue to be an essential focus of the school into the future.

Our students will pursue excellence through a high-quality international curriculum that is inspired by best practices in the United States and other nations. They will learn through experience; master essential skills and concepts; and acquire the skills and habits of mind they will need to become critical thinkers, strategic problem solvers, and insightful researchers.

We will create and maintain an inclusive learning community which celebrates diversity; values effective communication and supportive collaboration; fosters enduring relationships among students, teachers, and families; and builds bridges of understanding between cultures.
