Welcome to the AIS Cafeteria Website.
- After clicking on the link cafeteria.wbais.org you will reach the sign up page.
- There are several methods to sign up - using your Google or Facebook account or by simply filling in the required information - enter your details in English and create a password.
- The next step is to add your children.
- Enter your child’s full name and surname and click on classroom. There is a dropdown menu with all grade levels - select the relevant one.
- If you have more than one child, enter each child separately.
- Click “Register”.
- You are now signed in and ready to place your children's orders.
- Before continuing click on the dashboard icon - account details and settings and check your details to ensure they are all correct.
- Click on the filter icon and you will see that there are several search options - items available every day or only for a specific day.
- The items available on the day you have chosen will now appear on the screen.
- Select an item. Select portion size. Small portion is recommended for early years to grade 2. A large portion is recommended for grade 3 and up.
- From the side dishes, select one carbohydrate and one vegetable.
- Click on the Child name box and a dropdown will appear with your children’s names. Select which child the grade will be added automatically.
- By clicking on the date box you can now select the date the meal is for.
- If you would like to order the same meal for all your children, repeat the process for each child, remember to change the portion size and side orders if necessary.
- If you would like to order a different meal for each child, go back to the filter icon and then repeat the process.
- Once you have completed your order you can check it in your cart, if you are sure your order is correct you can continue to the payment section.
- Click on the Confirm Order button and fill in your credit card information and click on the place order button. You have the option to save your credit card details by checking the “Save to account” box. Your payment will be confirmed.
- You will receive an email with your order confirmation.
- Should you require any assistance click on the Whatsapp icon that appears in the bottom right hand side of the screen - this is a direct link to the cafeteria manager and he will get back to you as soon as possible, please include your name in any communications.
